Review from Sept 21, 2020 is missing pertinent information. The short vacation days she is referring to, is my mother in laws unexpected death out of state. Her reference to 40 hours per week is when a parent is NOT working (ex: maternity leave) and was fully aware as it is spelled out clearly in my contract which this parent did sign.
Always remember two sides to every review you read. The business owner and customer not getting their own way.
My son is currently enrolled at this daycare and we LOVE her. She has never once told me I need to pick my son up earlier than 4:30 unless it's been prearranged. Vacation time is provided to families in plenty of time to prepare for other options. I have never heard Kim bad mouth another family or a child. She is bubbly, chatty and easy going. She has a very thorough contract that is signed by the family stating all of her expectations. Anytime I have had a concern, she has discussed it with me and worked with me to find a solution. I will say, she doesn't put up with any crap and I that is what I love most about her. She's perfect for my family and my needs. I would recommend.
