There was very little communication as to how much I owed during "non-standard" weeks. I had three kids enrolled which gave me discounts, but when a kid was out the amounts varied. And then they caught me on a technicality when I dis-enrolled and kept the deposit for one of my children, even though they did not take the registration fee. They are headquartered out of the Bay Village office, so all refunds had to go through them and it took over 6 months just to get my deposits back.
