Greenbrier Kids Connection Llc

I have never seen a day care so out of whack and unsafe. There were only 3 employees there daily, I went to pick up my 8 month 0ld son and he was in the rocks outside eating them by himself, there was absolutely nobody around watching him. My child would come home disgusting with diaper rash. When I confronted the director who definitely shouldn't be qualified to run a day care, she always assured me they were working on getting more help. They are supposed to update you daily through an app but I never received a daily summary or anything. I wish the state would not schedule a visit and just show up unannounced so they can spectate these things for themselves. I honestly feel terrible for the children having to go there daily. The infants are mixed with the toddlers because they don't have enough help and I don't think that's even legal. My child would scream when I dropped him off and I began to see why which is why I immediately took him out. Please do something about this place these are innocent children!!!!

This center was great to my child and family. Mrs Dee always went above and beyond to make us happy and my son loved her! The other staff are amazing as well! The ladies are a real group of a family team!

These are the things I have experienced at this daycare facility. Children wandering around inside the center unsupervised when class and teacher are outdoors, child sent home in dirty diapers almost daily, child not getting protected with bug spray when provided (multiple mosquito bites daily), child allowed to wander into the parking lot due to no child-proofing on any door knobs, teachers having no interaction with kids while on playground.
