I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I don't have very many regrets about moving to Nashville, but my #1 regret is ever enrolling my children here. Primrose is the poster child for the skyrocketing cost of child care. If you enroll your child here, expect your rates to go up every 6 months and do not expect a dime of that money to go towards the hard working teachers that actually do the work of taking care of your kids. You will be told that it is to "upgrade their curriculum" but you should know that it will go directly to the owners. If you don't believe me, ask any teacher there how often they get a raise.

We got a friend of ours a job here and got to see exactly how they treat their staff (spoiler: they are disposable). If they are sick, and even contagious, they are not allowed to go or stay home without risking their employment. THEY DO NOT CARE IF YOUR CHILDREN GET SICK, BECAUSE YOU WILL OWE THEM TUITION ANYWAY. The management staff is completely out of touch with the people that they manage and it shows in their constant turnover. Do not expect to have the same two teachers in your child's class for more than 6-7 weeks. If you are lucky, you will have one constant teacher and a rotating cast for the other. Stability is not a concern for them because, again, you will pay them tuition anyway. If you dare to question them about it, they will smile and politely remind you that they have a waiting list and that your child too, is disposable.

An awful place that I would not recommend to any parent.
