I saw Kay Wilson use derogatory comments with her daycare children, pay her children or other people who have not passed a background check to do her job, while she has gone shopping. In addition to, Kay Wilson taking the monthly $2,000 DHS Food Voucher, to buy food stamps, instead of buying food, then spending the money on clothes, shoes...ect. You should think twice before you let your kid stay at her Daycare.
