Observed breakfast food items left out on the table during visit. According to daily schedule breakfast is served at 8:30 am and licensing arrived at 10:00 am. Workers also observed several dirty dishes with left over food on stove and kitchen counters.

The outside fence is coming down and is not completely covered where kids can not get out. Black tarp in backyard under swings is a tripping hazard and needs to be moved. Crawl space is accessible to children without cover. Mop bucket was accessible to children with water in it and shampoos/soaps were accessible to children in the bathroom the children use while in care.
