My 2 children were in care at Hattie's Hollow for about 2 years. There are no words to express how satisfied I was with the level of care my children received there. After getting remarried I started to stay home so my children no longer needed care. They begged to go back anyway because they loved the caregivers and the environment they were in there so much. My girls were taught independence and confidence while in care there. We still keep in touch with them as we saw them as an extended part of our family. I highly recommend Hattie's Hollow for anyone looking for childcare in the area and often personally recommend them out to friends looking for care in their area.
My daughter and I relocated about 2 years ago and I was extremely nervous having to find a childcare provider without any ideas or recommendations. Originally when I contacted here there were no openings yet Joanne was so helpful and educational in helping provide other recommendations and she did not even know us. I was persistent and maintained contact. I was so excited when she called us with an opening. Since my daughter's start she has flourished. Not only academically and socially, but my daughter has a real sense of empathy and knowledge for others. She points out my feelings, tells me about planets, uses sign language, and is so incredibly independent. Just yesterday she was sick with a stomach bug and she was crying about not being able to see her friends and Rah Rah because she was missing out on their activities. I am so happy with everything about her experience here and would not hesitate to recommend Hattie's Hollow to anyone I know.
I cannot say enough positive things about this daycare facility in Greece, NY. They care for and love my children like their own. They provide care of the highest quality and I would 100 percent recommend them to anyone. The children feel loved and secure. They feel supported and nurtured. They learn and grow both socially and academically daily. The family that runs this daycare center are some of the best people you could ever be blessed to have in your life. I will always be forever grateful for them; even when my children are grown and moved on, they will always hold a special place in our hearts. If you are looking for a daycare center, look no further. You will never find anything better.
My granddaughters are now 7 and 5 and have attended Hattie's Hollow from the time they were infants.
As a former teacher I cannot stress enough what a wonderful daycare this is.
The curriculum is amazing at every level and the way they prepare the children for school is fantastic.
The level of care cannot be compared with anything I have ever seen- the children feel safe and loved and able to be themselves while learning lessons in kindness, health and all that they need to be productive little human beings.
This is my youngest granddaughter's last year, as she is moving on to Kindergarten in September, and while we will be sad not to have anyone at Hattie's anymore we know she, her sister and her family will never forget the wonderful start they have had.
This provider has cared for my oldest for 5 years now, and my youngest for 2 years. We could not be happier with the care. They have learned academic skills, social skills, and how to make healthy choices and problem solve. My children are happy to go to daycare, which tells me that they feel loved and safe there. The providers have also gone above and beyond to help our family out on several occasions when care was needed. I would (and have) recommend them to anyone!
This child care center is exceptional. Every day is a new, joyous adventure in a safe, structured environment. My granddaughter is thriving here. So grateful for this family and their work.
My two daughters (now 5 and 7) were with Hattie's Hollow from the age of 6 months through the start of Kindergarten. Joanne, Rebecca, and the entire Regnet family have gone above and beyond to provide a safe, nurturing, and educational environment in which our children have thrived.
My eldest entered Kindergarten ahead of her peers, due in large part to her work with Joanne. My youngest will finish up her time at Hattie's Hollow this spring and is beyond ready for Kindergarten in the fall. More importantly, her family has become an extended family to our children; they provide the love, care, and soft skills that are invaluable in a day care provider and very hard to find.
I recommend Hattie's Hollow without reservation to anyone who is looking for child care - you could not ask for a better environment for your children!
Hattie's Hollow is an amazing place for children to grow into kind, caring, sensitive, inquisitive, and self-motivated big kids. We have been sending our daughter there since she was 3 months old and she has loved every minute of her time there. We love that they allow the children to explore, investigate, and learn through play. They have a chance to get their hands dirty (literally!) while they learn about science and explore outside and grow their hearts as they learn about being a caring superstar friend. Our daughter officially knows more ASL then we do, is kind, loves her friends, and is inquisitive about the world around her - all things we attribute to Hattie's Hollow.
