I spoke with an employee named Catalina today. We *were going to send our daughter there until I spoke with this employee. I asked for the manager in hopes to get a tour. She said she would be in tomorrow. I asked if I could leave the manager a message to call me tomorrow to schedule a tour. She told me no! I said can I PLEASE leave my name and number for her to call me. She got my name (after I told her) and she said bye. I asked her if she needed my number and she said “it’s on the caller ID.” First impressions are key, and based on this experience for a RUDE EMPLOYEE who would have been possibly watching my child to act so unprofessional and rude is disturbing. No way will I bring my child there. It scares me that someone like this is actually caring for children. I hope Amanda (if that is indeed the managers name from Catalina) does some deep digging and hardcore evaluations of there care givers asap.

I've been with this center for over 6 years. My child started in the 3 year old classroom all the way to the afterschool program. My other child started at 6 weeks old to now into the present. I love everything about this center. My children have learned so much. My youngest is succeeding in their Early PreK classroom. She learned to write 2 letters of her name and she's only 3! My oldest gets help with her school work when she's in their care for after school. This center has been a blessing! Their teachers are caring, loving, and encourage my children to be the best they can be.

The main site director is rude, uncaring,ignorant,sorry person to be called a director. Talks about staff members/parent's, unprofessional. She'll say and do what she can to get you fired if she doesnt like you. Pre-Kids arent learning anything, just another childcare/babysitting job.
