Description: Summit Child Development Center uses the A Beka curriculum for our 2's, 3's and 4-K programs. Our curriculum is presented to the children daily during the A.M. hours. The afternoon daycare program involves music, arts and crafts, story time, exercise, free play and video movies. Bible teaching is recognized here as a fundamental importance and is taught on a daily basis. This affords a great opportunity for laying the foundation for a good and sound character.

I have toured this provider's facility, but have not used its services
My grandson starts on Tuesday and I am in full protest. I do not feel that a curriculum where "Bible teaching is recognized here as a fundamental importance and is taught on a daily basis" is in the best interest of any child. Its lying to children. Teaching superstition and non-sense to children is as immoral as one can get.
In the ordinary universe good people will do the best they can, bad people will do their worst, but if you want good people to do truly wicked things, you give them religion.
These people are indoctrinating children so that they grow up unable to think for themselves and ignorant.
The public library is right up the road. They have millions of books to learn from. This church based daycare only teaches from one book and its a book of fairy tales and myths and is holding our children and our species back.
