North Ridge School Age Child Care

North Ridge School Age Child Care has changed my life for the better. I first sent my oldest son there in 2008 when they opened. I had such a good experience with him I sent my other 8 children there as well. All of them never wanted to come home. They formed great bonds with the employees, they are amazing humans and glorious role models for our 9 children. Going into North Ridge none of my children knew how to speak or read and write. Leaving they were practically English scholars and at the top of the nation academically, physically, and socially.

Beware!  They have created a competitive environment were only four kids can play with each group of toys – the kids end up being mean to each  other to get what they want.  They have times when only 15 kids can go to the gym the rest have to sit around.  They play lots of WII - 3 hours on one snow day. None of the onsite staff members have children; there are inappropriate conversations and content shown for younger children such as use the middle figure, kicking people in the private area, and sex. My child had a several problems with one staff member, I asked what kind of training they provider their staff - the owner never responded to me.  I left a message with the owner about a billing question, the owner never responded.  I left message for the owner two other times in the year we were there and the owner never responded. Then we just left.  Again, BEWARE!
