I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Terrible treatment to my son. Always singled him out. Grabbed his wrist to make it red. It was not a school it wax a daycare. My kids would always be watching tv when I would pick them up. My littlest one was potty training and he would be on wet clothes a lot with a rash like he was in these clothes for hours.

I thought really hard about if I should write this review or not, but after what happened to my child, I knew that the right thing to do was to share our experience. I was very excited after finding this program, the office staff were extremely nice, and accommodating to my needs. Just as quickly as I fell in love with the school, I was just as quickly horrified. The first day of school for my almost 3 year old, was already filled with nervous anxiety on my part. I am a stay at home mom, and have been for all 3 of my children. I choose to put my children in school for the socialization more than anything else. My almost 3 year old is not quite potty trained, but he is getting pretty darn good. I explained this to the director, the office manager and his teacher. I explained this in great detail, which is why they put him in the 2 year old class. This class is supposed to help your children potty train, but still assist them with diaper changes regularly. Every mom, and any one who works with children knows what it means when a toddler is not completely potty trained. When I picked my son up from is first day at this school, I woke him up from his nap, only to find dried poop had blown through his diaper and was stuck to his butt and thigh. I was horrified. The poop was all over his pants, and there is no way that someone couldn't see it. When I changed him in my car, I found that he had a nasty rash from where the poop had been left all over him(at least 4/hours). I was in shock! this had never ever happened to any of my children while in the care of another person. My baby was crying as I wiped the poop away. I decided to tell the director, office manage, and the teacher what happened, and they assured me it wouldn't happen again. Well the very next day, I went to pick up my baby from this same school. When I walked in the room, I immediately knew something was off again because I could smell my sons poop (I know exactly what his poop smells like). I went over to wake up my baby. I checked his diaper, and I was horrified yet again to find poop all over him for the second day in a row. I honestly didn't know what to do. I asked his teacher, and she immediately told me how she hadn't changed him all day (she has said this to me the day before as well)!! WTF??? What did she mean, "that my baby had sat in the same piss and poop soaked diaper for 6 hours for the second day in a row?" Honestly, if this were me 10 years ago, this situation would have played out completely different. As I was talking to the teacher, she seemed completely unaware of what the big deal was. I mean, I brought him diapers on both days, and on both days they were never touched. I just can't believe how incompetent this woman was and is. Needless to say, I was given a complete refund for both of my children who I enrolled in the school. We lasted all of 2 days! They probably did this is hopes that I wouldn't share my experience. Unfortunately, working as a Nurse, I feel that it would be completely irresponsible of me not to share my story with other parents. Parent's, please check on your kids at this school. They seem completely overwhelmed in the small kids classroom. My daughter told me that they make them nap with their shoes on in fear of an emergency happening. This really boggled my mind, because I have never heard of such a safety policy. Who in their right mind sleeps with shoes on?
