Kids Kampus

When we toured the facility, it seemed amazing. Almost too good to be true. We were forced to find another daycare for my child, due to ours shutting down very abruptly. When it seems to good to be true, it’s probably because it is. My child was there for a week and a half, in total. He was there not even a week and was bitten three times in two days. One of the bites so hard on my child’s chest that it broke the skin and scabbed but not one employee no one saw it. No one could tell me who did it or what happened. To think my child was in that room crying because he was hurting, unconsoled, is extremely heartbreaking! I was told by the teacher that she worries about the care of the children when she goes on break but she can’t stay there every minute of the day. Which is understandable. Video footage was to have been gone through but “they didn’t see anything on the footage”. Which I find highly suspicious because you cannot make up the three very bad marks, my son had on his body. My son completely changed, from a happy, outgoing baby, to a child who wouldn’t let family hold him, running away from them screaming and he would cry for hours when he got home until bedtime. I pulled him, even though we had paid for the month, and put him in with a new provider. That very day, I saw him come back to himself and it’s been amazing ever since.
