If your child is of teething age, stay away! Head start believes every runny nose or slight cough is a horrible disease! Unless you take your child to a doctor every time they have a runny nose or cough on a normal basis, this is not the place for your child. Most of the people there are awesome, but the rules they force you to follow, out of fear, is way overboard. They lack common sense when it comes to a child’s health. It’s even worse if you have no doctor. You get to sit In Your car 4-5 hours waiting for a test at instacare and a doctors note. It’s hard on parents. Find another place for your child. You will be much happier.
