Diave' Daye Care Center, Llc

While my son attended Diave Daye, he become sick numerous times due to their uncleanliness and carelessness. I was sent a message to pick up my child because he had constant diarrhea, when I took him two days later, a new staff member informed me that a staff member had diarrhea that day as well and passed it to another child and then my child. When I mentioned this to the director Teneasha, she denied anyone being sick in the center until I informed her that this information was relayed to me by one of her staff, her small case of amnesia quickly went away. On another instance, my child was severely ill again with diarrhea so I took him to the ER to find out that he’d caught the Roto Virus, again something from someone within her center. There were also several cases of my child coming home in another child’s clothing, another child leaving the center with my child’s pacifier and I’ve also come to pick my child up and see that another infant was drinking from my child’s bottle. This place is comparable to s*** covered in glitter, it looks pretty but once you get past the shine, it’s horrible.

Additionally, while my child was hospitalized, I was charged for that week of care. That took the cake and was my child’s last week. Now she’s stating that she won’t supply my tax statement to me which notates the amount I’ve paid her establishment for the year. I believe it’s for purposes of committing tax fraud and her not claiming the funds she received from me for my child.

Please note also that her center is NOT BBB accredited and she’s currently ranked at a “C” for business. There have been several complaints made against her for her unprofessionalism and if you read her responses to other parents who’ve expressed their complaints and concerns, it’s very unprofessional and lacks tact. I would not take my child to this center.

I recommend Southside Early Development Center. Diave Daye CDC is not a place for parents who want their child genuinely cared for.
