Violation: The facility did not have a fenced outdoor play area that was on or adjoining the day care property and was accessible without hazard as evidenced by the fence was not in good condition in that the wire mesh was not connected to the metal posts and there were sharp metal edges. This was on an inside path of the fenced in play space that surrounds the rock garden.
