I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I absolutely love Happy Hippo. My daughter has learned so much here. Her babypotamus teachers taught her sooo much.. it was amazing the change in learning from the last daycare we were at. Not just babysitters...
As a working mom, the best thing i could give my daughter was a provider who will love and care for her like i do. I have found that here at Happy Hippo. Can’t thank the people at Happy Hippo enough for all they’ve done for us.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

I wouldnt even rate this place one star.
It is terrible. Take random visits in there and see how things really are. The owner is very rude not very nice. They have teens working there that ive known for years that shouldn't work there. I gave them a whole pack of diapers and 2 days later they said my baby needs more diapers. I asked how is that possible they just said well we had to change him a lot. That was ovwr 50 diapers how in 2 days from 930 till 4 how can he possibly go through that many diapers. I do not like the daycare it isnt very clean go outside all the kids toys r covered in rust and filth its a nasty daycare would not recommend at all. They would call me legit every day n say my child is sick or hes this or hes that and cant attend today my husband lost his job over them calling every single day and he would have to take off work n stay home with the baby because they jjust didnt wanna watch him. Nothing was ever wrong with him. He had a single blister on his toe because i have him wear shoes n socks constantly and for some reason they always take em off along with the mittens. But he had that blister n they told me until thats gone he cant come back. And it was a single blistwr no rash no nothing with it. So i took him to the er to prove nothing was wrong. After he was out of daycare a week already. Thats just completly stupid. I got very fed up with this daycare and they dont even check IDs or anytbing they let whoever pick up your kids. I had a friend of ours go pick up the baby to see id they would ask for an ID and she went in grabbed him n walked right out no questions asked. No safety whats ever terrible daycare
