I know they recently reopened with new management. I could not be happier with how my daughter has adjusted to their environment and staff. Any concern I have is addressed in a timely manner, if not immediately. I have never had any major cause of concern. Even with new caregivers, they seem to employ attentive and caring individuals who are genuinely interested in a child's well being. Seesaw has become a place that my daughter is comfortable at and familiar with her teachers and friends. I do not plan to change providers for the foreseeable future!
I use to work for SEE SAW LEARNING CENTER on Fairmount. HUGE turn over in staff! * The drictor Trina is condescending an bullies her teachers to the point they quit. Trina tells the teachers to do one thing them SCREAMS at them to do something else an said she never said that. Trina's favor line is telling at staff "I'M YOUR BOSS" she is yelled at staff IN THE CLASSROOM & PLAYGROUND IN FRONT OF THE CHILDREN an loud enough the apartment complex behind the daycare I'm sure have heard her. * Trina is NOT professional she Fake in front of the parents * Christian role in front of the parents tells them "pray for me" then in the same breath told me about how hot a father is an he bumped in her boob an she was all getty. * all she does is listen an watch the videos just to pick on the teachers. These teachers are VERY qualified to do their job an love the kids. * The school recives monies for government to pay for the food program to feed the kids, the food left overs from lunch an snacks THE KIDS ARE "NOT" ALLOWED 2NDS! Instead of the children getting 2nds Trina bags the food up and tells the staff take the food home for their families every day. * We told Trina WEEKS about the ant mounds. State was called because of ant mounts acttak 2 children THANK GOD the kids were not allergic to ants! Then state came in an wrote the school up for it! * HEAD LICE oh my God! if a child gets headice she will NOT check the rest of the kids she sends them home yes we wash all the bedding an toys but Trina WILL NOT CHECK OR LET TEACHERS CHECK THE REST OF THE KIDS! very hard to explain to parents when they ask! * Also there are 2 children whom are TOTALY out of control in the classroom an is a danger to the teachers an other children. Trina refuses to remove the children from the school. An I mean these children throw blocks, cars, punch bite these children also a danger to themself, teachers an other children. * She all about bringing in the money but not the Safety! *** They use to be 4 starts program THEY ARE NO LONGER A 4 STAR PROGRAM an that's on Trina. * Shirley is the owner I went to her an told her all this. But, Trina covers all her tracks with her boss. If your child goes to See Saw Questions you should ask. * how many teachers has your child has in the last 6 months. * how many teachers does your child have a day in the class. (They may have 3 different teachers between 9-5) that's too many * who is my child's teacher if I need updates * do you BUMP the kids Back to a younger class (not suppose to BUMP a child back they do if their short handed ALL THE TIME makes a child feel like a baby bumping back) * if there is left overs on food does my child get 2nds * IS THERE ANY CHILDREN THAT HURT THE OTHER CHILDREN IN MY CHILD'S CLASS * WHAT DO YOU WITH THE CHILD THAT IS A DANGER TO THE OTHER CHILDREN * Why is the child not been kicked out if they are a danger * Do Suprise Visits!!!!!! *** Do Suprise VISITS!!!!! *** THERE ARE QUALIFIED LIVING TEACHERS BUT, THE DRICTOR IS NOT PROCESSIONAL
