Jessica Ruiz should not be allowed to take care of children. She is very manipulative. Her only defense to the posts about the incidents that occurred with the two children who were injured at her house under her care is to check the CPS website that the incidents were absolved. If you notice she is not apologetic to what happened to the children, she kept referring the families that were affected to the CPS website. She even labels her daycare as "permanently closed " to avoid more negative reviews! My grandson was injured and she had the audacity to blame my other grandson. The incident happened in January 2018. I am surprised that CPS didn't shutdown her daycare because based on the CPS website there were violations found in January 2019 with another boy. Yet CPS didn't revoke this daycare's license. Maybe both families who were affected should unite to seek legal action against Jessica Ruiz and CPS!!! FACT: Two boys were injured in her daycare. Those other families that posted positive reviews are IGNORANT for not taking into consideration that 2 children from different families were injured!!
