Our experience at Grandma Bea’s wasn’t great. We were often made to feel unwelcome as parents (there were weeks that the staff didn’t acknowledge our presence when we picked up or dropped him off). There was no positive communication between teacher/parent—I only received bad reports (often in an accusatory tone) from his teachers. My son came home with bloody scratches without any explanation. I witnessed on more than one occasion teachers yelling at children. I do think there are some caring teachers at Grandma Beas and the owner has great vision but it’s definitely falling short of what it could be. My son is now at a new school where he is thriving.

Resolution: After the incident occurred, the facility has rearranged furniture and created a barrier to block the cord from being accessible to children. The fire department also conducted their annual inspection and stated that they had no concern. Provider checked CSPC to see if the bottle warmer was on the recall list, which it was not. | |||
