Findings: General Safety Concerns. At time of investigation, there were concerns of a child inappropriately touching another child. During an investigation, it was confirmed a child had inappropriately touched another child. Resolution: The child was removed from other children until pick up time. The provider has implemented new procedures for mixed age groups and removed a couch and bookcase from where the incident occured. The owner has purchased more video cameras to have a clear line of sight for the area. The child is not permitted to return to the facility and CPS was contacted.
