If you want your child to be delayed with their speech but very self-reliant then this is the perfect daycare. The owner will close at a moments notice, take half-days (so they don't count as "days off" or "vacation time") and leave you looking for another provider so you can go to work while she continues to charge you the full amount of childcare. Too many times I was having to either take my children to work with me or take off of work early to go pick my children up so that she could take care of her personal business but was never offered a discounted price. She would withhold snack from the school-aged children until they cleaned up her child's and nephews mess they had made throughout the day or would send them to school without breakfast in the mornings. Every single child that she cared for under the age of three had serious speech delays and she refused to allow outside help to come in to assist with the child in their speech. She routinely has more children than she is authorized to have in her care and half-way supervises the children there. She runs a second business that severely hinders her ability to properly care for the children in her charge as well as consistently has family and friends over during her business hours.
