A To Z Kids, L.l.c.

This place is called A to Z Kids now. If I could have given zero stars, I would have. This establishment is so unprofessional. I called and spoke to director/owner/WHOEVER named Cathy last week. I explained to her that I was in a bad situation, in the process of losing my home and missing work for to issues with daycare assistance. She assured me that everything would be fine and to bring up their documents to enroll and that she would be there all day and have everything I needed waiting for me. I went into the daycare later that day around 3 and what do you know, she was gone for the day (they close at 6pm). The young lady that was there Tiffany was so nice but couldn't find anything. After giving me the wrong papers it took me to ask her to call Cathy to get the right documents which she had to print. While I filled out the paperwork they were nice enough to let my kids play. The upstairs room (where my 5 year old would have been) was nice but the kids up there were running wild I noticed there was no educational stucture at all. There were only two people there for the kids present and one had to leave to pick up the elementary students. I called and spoke to Cathy on Thursday last week and made sure everything was good to go and she made indication of any issues. She even gave me some other resources. Monday if this week they were suppose to start but schools were closed due to the weather, and the person I spoke to stated they would close at 12 so there was no point in taking them in since I would have ended up picking them right back up. I told her that if bring them the next day. She said that was fine. Now comes today, I call the daycare and a Brittany answers. After I advised that I would bring them in and stated my name, she stated that Cathy had my paperwork ready to pickup because they would have to go to tendercare. IF I WANTED MY KIDS AT TENDERCARE I WOUKD HAVE GONE THERE FIRST. She said that "someone" called about my kids this morning and Cathy told them she couldn't take them. I told her to call Cathy back to make sure it was about my kids. She called me back and said that it was my kids who can't come in. I told her to call her back and was told "She is done for the day and told me not to call her back" and then she gave me the phone number of who called about MY kids, and the number was invalid. I called back to verify I had the number right and told her it was disconnected. She argued that that was who called but couldn't tell me the name of the person. I feel like they made up an excuse not to take my kids in, and it was probably because they are black seeing that they would've been the only black kids there. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I'm actually relieved they can't go there. They would have ended up mistreated.
