Yuli's Child Care

I do not recommend this daycare! My nephew has been going to this daycare for about three months we have ongoing issues with him having a diaper rash, I brought it to the owners attention and she became very combative and denying the allegations. She stated to me that she changed my nephews diaper earlier that day and he was completely fine then once I sent her a picture of the massive diaper rash on his behind so we could I do not recommend this daycare! Later that morning she texted my mother and my nephews mother that he is no longer able to go to her daycare as of Friday. We received that text on a Wednesday. I informed his mother to ask her if she was kicking My nephew out because of the fact that we brought up the concern of the massive rash on his behind, then the daycare owner yuli became very combative in text message with my nephews mother and decided that she no longer wanted my nephew at her daycare at all.
My mother picks up my nephew every evening.When my mother went to pick him up today being Wednesday, Yuli refused to release my nephew into my mothers custody because my mother refused to sign papers that she didn’t understand. My mother then had to call 911 in order for her to release my nephew to her.

When my mother took my nephew a bath this evening the massive rash broke out even worse than what it was in the pictures that I sent to the daycare owner the night before, his skin peeled and the baby was crying in pain when you were changing his diaper because they let him sit in a soil diaper for so long after we already had this conversation the day before.

The owner Yuli Is the only licensed caregiver that is supposed to be watching the children in her daycare, but she goes to school during the day and leaves her mother with all the infants. Mind you her mother does not speak English at all and is not licensed. I do not recommend this to daycare at all because the owner is unprofessional, she’s never at the facility, they say that they open at 7:30 and she doesn’t really open her door till 745. They do not properly take care of the children, she takes other children’s supplies to use and cater to children that the material is not for.

It was just an absolute horrible experience, and worst of all instead of owning the mistake and trying to correct it and says she chooses to retaliate for bring up a concern, so as a parent bring your child to day care she’s basically saying that if you have a problem keep it to yourself and that’s not right. If you’re getting paid to take care of a child, take care of a child… A 10-month-old child should not be going home with us but for a massive diaper rashes that’s peeling his skin that’s causing him not to sleep at night. That’s not right how could a daycare owner even be OK with that. How could you let a child sit in a soil diaper for so long that the rash that he had on his behind starts to peel and get worse the next day after we have a conversation the night prior.

There is so much violations with this daycare, and the best thing that I did was report her and hopefully they close her daycare down. So that other chil
