Anna has a great fake face for parents, but treats staff & kids in a very uncaring way. She puts her hands on children and forces them to look at her, leaving temporary marks in the process. Children will often come home hungry, as she does not feed them enough food with sustenance. With a six hour break between lunch/dinner, they are fed only scraps to hold them over. She may be super nice to your face, but really, it's all about the money. She cannot keep employees because she is rude & unfair to them & the children. I feel bad for all the parents sending their little ones here! With as much as daycare costs a week, she should be feeding the children more, AND be nicer behind closed doors.
