I have used this provider for less than 6 months

Joint custody - this woman refuses to talk to me, provide information, lied to myself and the school saying she worked there (that is a confirmed falsehood), and will not reveal my daughter's location. Furthermore, she does not call back. She is negligent. She is exerting legal control over a child that is not hers.
