Her live in boyfriend got arrested for 2 outstanding warrants for DUIs. I wouldn't have my children around that.

I have toured this provider's facility, but have not used its services

I called her for Day care. She is NOT a nice person. While on the phone children were crying in the background, she said, "Hold on a minute", pressed the phone to something, but then screamed, "SHUT THE F*** UP I'M ON THE PHONE!!!!", not the way to talk to children, especially ones that are not yours.
