I was told by the owner of this facility while taking a tour that his staff were all highly trained and well paid, this information could not be farther from the truth. After enrolling my child, I found the place a revolving door of teenage girls who had no previous experience and frankly seemed to have no interest in the children. As soon as my toddler got used to one as his “teacher”, she would leave and get swapped out with another. That pattern was repeated over and over. Every morning the girl that “manages” the place looked like she just rolled out of bed or maybe just slept there. She is moody, unorganized and completely unprofessional. She has asked my wife personal questions on multiple occasions that were totally inappropriate. There is a child there that seems bigger and older than any of the other children. One day my child said he was attacked by this kid. When I inquired about it the staff told me the child had Down Syndrome and was given to occasional violent outbursts, but that it was accepted and dismissed because his mother worked there. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I am so disappointed in this daycare. My son has never had his nose wiped here as well as the staff (outside from Brandy) here has no idea of the happenings of the children. I asked when my child had water last (since he seems to be chugging water immediately after getting home) they looked at me and said I don't know. I asked the res headed girl to get him some water and she brought back his sippy cup empty. The same red headed girl looked me in the eye as I asked her how my son had a gash on his nose (which he was still bleeding) and she said didn't he come in with that...um no...the same red headed girl changed his diaper to one that was too small and not even his...when I asked what Happened she just said the one with his name on it didn't cross her mind that they were his...she began to tell me I can't talk to her like that and told me I can't say those things...she seems to cry a lot. This is not the first time my son was sent home in the wrong diapers or with his nose so plugged up and dirty. Nothing seems to be done about this. But the owner called me and told me that I was no longer to bring my son. He gave me a day notice on the weekend...so as a single mom working full-time I am going to have to take time off work to find another daycare due to the way the owner simply left me high and dry due to my concerns that I addressed to an employee that seemed to be treating the children horribly. I will never recommend this place and I will never talk good about here. They never have a waiting list because they never are full due to the lack of care they offer
