Findings: Health and Safety Concerns. There were concerns the facility is operating with a broken air conditioning unit with high outside temperatures that is unsafe for children's health and safety. The health department conducted an investigation and determined one A/C unit was not working properly. Resolution: The provider implemented using portable fans and portable A/C units in rooms. Children were also able to use the lobby area which has a functioning A/C unit. During the follow up inspection, the A/C unit was repaired and functioning properly.
