My daughter was employed at this location and was harassed. While she is young and sensitive at times, the behavior of the employees and the owner on the last day was nothing but pure hostile. They bullied her to resign. On October 2nd, 4 of the employees, along with the director, called my daughter a liar and they kept saying this loudly. To the point that she wanted to cry. But, did her best to hold back because of previous comments made. Based on their action she did not want to return. She felt attacked. She was forced to resign without giving a 2 weeks’ notice. She returned her Primrose Water bottle and sent an email that she will be returning her 2 shirts the next morning. They decided to send an email response to say her job had been terminated. Speaking in their letter as if she had been written up more than once and suspended, as well. She had been suspended and this was because of them asking her about a situation that occurred in one of the classes. If they had never come to her asking about the situation, she would not have spoke on the matter. They told her the behavior did not abide by the employee handbook. They in terms also did not abide, because they received information from other employees, which means it was gossiping. This is an offense in their handbook. She resigned because of their behavior, very, very, hostile. Bottom line, this place needs to be investigated. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau any other state/local office to get this addressed.
