My two sons attended this daycare one of my son had an accident miss Bito the attended made my bigger son clean the little so basically I was paying them for nothing.Michelle always hiding inside and the Guyanese woman always comming out to lie about everything after this happen I removed my kids immediately..
Horrible horrible horrible..
As opposed to the previous review, the name itself says it all. Nurturing Hands is a place where nothing but love and care is provided for your child. I've had my son, Tyson, at this childcare center for years until he was 11. He always wants to come back and visit Ms.Michelle. Ms.Michelle and her staff make sure all of their kids are well taken care and build respectful relationships with each one. They're a responsible, understanding, and communicative business dedicated to contributing to your child's growth. They go above and beyond as opposed to terrible daycares that just "watch" your children. As a meticulous parent, I place my trust in nurturing hands and highly recommend them !!
Michelle was nice but eventually proved to be very unprofessional and unreliable. She talks really fast and will tell you ANYTHING in the beginning to get your child through the door and funded but then without warning or a "courtesy call" she will completely & very unexpectedly change the terms previously discussed and agreed upon to accomodate and pursue her own personal endeavors without considering how her unprofessionalism puts the parent's job in jeopardy. She is a very deceitful and spiteul person who does not exercise truthful or effective communication with the parents or amongst her staff when she inconveniently alters plans at the last minute then makes up childish lies such as "my phone doesn't work that well or No, I didn't get any of your calls , or any of your texts all day so she will have random ppl drop your kids off in front of your job while you are still working because "they are not good with directions" just 5 blocks away from your house yet they have been transporting children for years...?! Miraculously her phone will be working perfectly whenever she is ready to call or text you or her staff to have them lie to you on her behalf. If Respectable and "Quality" care is what you're looking for I would definitely look elsewhere...FAST!
