Do NOT USE THIS PROVIDER!!! they are EXTREMELY unprofessional with new clients, they are not friendly at all, nor are they honest! They are also very messy as they will have completely inappropriate conversations in front of the children! My 6 year old son has come to me twice about conversations he overheard while in care. He was “hit with a frisbee” while in care and I was told about it the entirely next day and my child told me after having to drag it out of him, that he was told to say that. I still don’t know the full story. Again they are not at all honest when dealing with people/hours billed, nor are they open 24 hrs. They close at 6. Find better care for your children, they are not it.
Our Daughter Lily has been here for awhile and I have to honestly say how much we love Josie and her family! I trust my daughter with them completely and definitely reccomend them. Josie is honest and Patient, and we will be forever thankful that we found her daycare :)
5 stars are not enough! Childcare with Josie has been amazing. Highly recommended! She is flexible and patient to work with. Always received great care, and my daughter never wanted to leave.
I used this provider for a little over 3 months and encountered one problem after another the entire time. My 15month old son was repeatedly fed food he is allergic to because they'd forget about his allergy. The provider couldn't tell me where bruises came from while he was there. What attracted me to this provider is the 24/7 availability since I work nights sometimes, but she isn't really open 24/7 so I had to find additional care for my son. This provider also billed way more hours than my son was there, which caused me a huge headache with ERDC. I would not recommend this daycare to anybody.
My children were cared for by Perfect angels for almost four years and they are still alive. Although they got a bit bored and grumpy as they got older, mainly due to most kids there being toddler age, the care Josie provides is outstanding and they are provided with activities, meals and plenty of attention. As a single parent working many hours to survive in this cruel dog eat dog world, the flexibility and transportation to and from school was invaluable. My kids love Josie and my oldest still loves to visit occasionally. Josie is a loving and caring parent and she really does go the extra mile for all the kids she serves. I would highly recommend Perfect Angels Daycare.
