I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Staff are nothing but grown bullies. Lizzie in particular likes to tease students and bad mouth parents to students. Can't complain because the director Luann only cares about her staff. Miss Sue was openly complaining to a parent how she is getting a group of new students and she's getting stuck with all the autistic kids. These women should not be allowed to work with kid. Estephany has openly admitted in front of students that she hates kids. Joan insults students telling them they are incapable of reading or behaving because they can't focus and tells kids they are bad. As soon as I figure out how im going to get new childcare I'm done with this place. I'm heartbroken my kids have been suffering. Watching my daughter sobbing today because staff were teasing her was the last straw.

MOC’s Child Care & Head Start (CCHS) provides early education and care and prepares children and families for appropriate growth, development, and school readiness through comprehensive, family-centered services. CCHS supports the success of both parents and children by offering quality center-based and family child care home-based services to area low-income families with children from birth to twelve years of age. Centers are located in Fitchburg, Leominster, Clinton, Gardner, Winchendon, and Athol and at Mount Wachusett Community College. Family Child Care homes are located throughout MOC’s service area.
