My boys went one day and I took them out .
When I first met my youngest teacher I didn’t have the best vibe from her but figured I needed to give it some time . When I signed my children up I talked to the owner about the fact on some days with my job being in the medical field it may be hard for me to pick them up by 5:30 on the dot . I was told not to worry about it , they will work with me ! Which is what a childcare facility is supposed to do. Well one the first day I was 8 minutes late , when I called to let them know I was basically told to not make a habit of it . When I mention the fact I was told it would be okay what came out of the new owners mouth is she isn’t staying a minute longer and if that’s how it’s going to be I’d need to find a new childcare or find a back up plan. I’ve worked in childcare and I can tell you she is NOT allowed to say this at all! As long as I’m paying her what the facility states has to be paid if late , she can’t do anything about it . When I picked up my kids and tried to talk to her she wouldn’t even let me speak . I asked for all of the items I just dropped off that morning to be given back to me and it took 20 minutes for them to find everything . They couldn’t even find what happened to a entire pack of diapers that should have been in the room in my child’s cabbie. Which was not ! I will still be calling state in the morning. I’ve never been to a daycare who has talked to me or treated me in such disrespect! Every one I asked before being my children here also told me to stay away but I tried to believe the good reviews I’d seen. Obviously everyone else is right .
This place thinks it's OK to scream at the kids and put their hands on them. I just put my 2 children in there 2 and a half weeks ago and I pulled them out yesterday after my son came home with marks on his face and a huge knot on his head. They said my son was lying about what happened. The owner is very unpleasant after you actually enroll your children, very sweet at first.
