Kids World - Lebanon TN Centers Care for 13 or more children

My great nephew has attended for more than a year. The owner is caring and loving. She treats my great nephew so kindly! The staff is awesome and patient. They talk to the children and greet adults with a smile. I think they reflect the person they meet. So, if you treat them with respect, you receive it. If you have felt otherwise. I suggest that you adjust, and you will find this to be a welcoming, warm, and safe environment. I recommend it very highly.

Don’t ever send your kids here! Terrible place especially the owner ! Terrible business person and this business should be completely taken away from her. 

Most awful daycare experience and they need to be shut down!! All these reviews from google to every other website aren’t lying. The staff is lazy, it is dirty, and they aren’t taking care of the kids as they should. Every time I entered there was a staff member yelling at the kids. In the infant room there was always infants left unintended in the dark. They feed the kids trash everyday. Last but not the least THE OWNER IS RUDE AND HAD NO PROFESSIONALISM ABOUT HERSELF! She was disrespectful towards me, because she felt I was taking too long to comfort my daughter who cried every day I dropped her off for almost two months! I mentioned to her that I should’ve listened to the reviews on the internet about her and her ego is so big that she stated “ those are all people who probably owe me money” I couldn’t believe the way she approached me. The staff acts like she is their God, and are afraid to stand up for themselves. It’s a sad situation over there that needs to be investigated. PLEASE LISTEN TO THIS REVIEW, because I wish I would have instead of giving them a chance with the most precious thing to me.

If I could, I would rate this provider a 0/5 stars, but since that isn’t an option, I gave it a 1. Even that is too much credit because the owner is rude. In fact, rude is an understatement. As an adult, you would think one would have class, excellent communication skills and top tier bedside manners. My niece, 3 years old, was told that she could no longer be a student here. The faculty essentially blamed her for being a kid. When trying to explain why the services will be terminated, they failed to supply accurate explanations and ended up contradicting themselves. Bottom line, the staff is inexperienced, lazy and belligerent when confronted with the truth. The owner resorted to screaming and slinging insults. As far as other staff, they stumbled over their words trying to find lies. Some ironically all of a sudden took a “lunch break” to avoid discussing the issue head on like an adult. Instead of providing age-appropriate lesson plans that will keep kids occupied and grow cognitively, the teachers are lazy and don’t tap into making learning fun and productive to its fullest potential. My niece is extremely smart, talented and respectful. She would find different activities to do to make her experience worthwhile. The staff took that as her being “wild” and “hard to control”. If you don’t know how to be a leader and provide the appropriate curriculum to keep students engaged and occupied, then just say that. How dare they blame a child for being who they are and exactly what they are. To the owner, shame on you for YOUR behavior. You are too old (literally) to act the way you do. To the rest of the staff, learn how to communicate if things were truly an issue instead of looking a parent in the eye giving them a praise report about their child if you thought otherwise. Find a different occupation because clearly childcare isn’t your forte.

Owner is extremely rude, she stepped out of line when speaking to myself and my son. Definitely will not send my child back, and have heard several horror stories since my encounter with her yesterday. She rudely told my son that he was too big to be crying, and that this was ridiculous. I'm not sure if she does not have good patience or what, but working with children you would? think that she would not belittle a child for crying. My son cried every single day he had to go to kids world. He has been to another daycare in town and also school and never acted this scared to go to either. He finally told me after we left that he was afraid of Mrs. Jenny and that she had told him on another occasion to go sit on the carpet if he was just going to cry. I trusted these people to treat my child in a nurturing manner while I'm at work, not make him feel worse when he's upset. I would give 0 stars if that was an option! She could have handled this manner very different if she had an issue. Such as speaking to me in private, anything but telling my son who is 5 that he is too big to be crying. It took everything I had to remain calm. Several people on my Facebook have since posted stating they have had the same, and other issues. Recently another mother posted in a Facebook group that she found bruising on her baby, and when she confronted the owner she was told to not bring her child back and received no explanation!
