Do not take your child to Bearkatz Academy. The director is lazy and never there. She hires teenagers/young adults who are not certified in anything, not even cpr. They scream and yell at the kids. Put blankets over infants faces *you can look it up online they were wrote up for it*... Got wrote up for screaming at a kid when licensing walked in. Watch tv constantly. Would not feed a toddler but made the little girl sit and watch the other kids eat. she cried the entire time because she was hungry. Lost two kids. They escaped from the playground and made it all the way across town to freds..had to cross the main road 2x in town. They were 5. The director was able to cover it up. Almost let a diabetic child die by giving him to much insulin and then did not even report it to the parents. The director is very good at covering these problems up when licensing comes. She lies to make things look good for her. She never spends time with the kids and yells and makes fun of her employees. If there was a 0 rating that is what i would give. Licensing defintely needs to get rid of her and a few others.
