Description: ICC Preschool serves 30 children through the Arkansas Better Chance program. This program is a great benefit to children in our district and provides a quality preschool experience to children who might not have had the opportunity. Children are required to meet one or more of the qualifiers established by the ABC Program to attend our preschool.
