This lady is so incredibly rude! My friend recommended me to this facility because her family works there. They lady who answered the phone was so rude the only thing I was able to get out of my mouth before being hung up on was if she had any room in her infant room and she rudely replied No! and hung up the phone on me. I am so appalled by the lack of customer service esp for someone running a daycare. Very uncomfortable feeling. if she is that rude over the phone I cant imagine how rude she is to our children she cares for!
