This daycare has changed significantly and for the worst. Was once a great location in a quiet neighborhood in Germantown but now that provider is in a shopping plaza the staff has declined. Not attentive and not professional. Rough handling of my children on numerous occasions and por customer service as the owner never addressed my concerns. Very disappointing since this was a place that was highly referred at one time.
Toddler Town is without a doubt one of the best child care centers in Memphis! My family and I relocated to Memphis for our jobs in June of 2017. We encountered several child care providers in Memphis that were not great fits for our daughter. We were referred to Toddler Town by colleague and the rest is history. Ms. Boyland (owner) and her team have been amazing in their care for my daughter and have become an extension of my family here in Memphis. I've never seen a staff so committed to the social and emotional well being of children. My daughter was born at 26 weeks and spent 3 months in the NICU recovering. She did not hit traditional physical benchmarks like some of her 40 week peers. She arrived at Toddler Town crawling and seeking just a few words. After a year she has caught up physically and runs everywhere and climbs anything! She's bilingual, has great social skills (except on picture day :) and speaks in full sentences. This would not have happened at a child care center that did not see children as individuals with very specific needs. The Toddler Town experience is about more than kids singing nursery rhymes. It's a place where kids are challenged academically and allowed to find their voice.
