The Riverdale Kiddie Learning Center provides a safe, loving environment for children. We accept children from six weeks to twelve years of age. We think that learning should be fun in the early care of children. We have age appropriate learning modules that we use to get your child ready for kindergarten and future success in school.
We play developmentally appropriate games, using cognitive learning strategies to teach ABCs and math. We also supply nutritious meals and snacks. We are open from 6:30am to 6:30pm and offer transportation at a reasonable cost.
Each child receives loving care and attention at the Riverdale Kiddie Learning Center. Your child will love our large collection of toys and games. We have a big gym set in our outdoor playground. Every day weather permitting children play outside and learn more social skills and about team work. Mommies and Daddies feel secure leaving their children at the Riverdale Kiddie Learning Center. We love each child as if he or she were our own.
New! Daycare Cameras have been installed at Riverdale Kiddie Learning Center. Our daycare cameras allow us to monitor the children both inside and outside, which supports the safety of the children.

On May 18,2022 I received a text that my child tried to take a toy from a child and the child scratched her I relied back asking his bad was the scratch but got no response that evening I picked my child up and immediately saw a big scratch with a bruise underneath her left eye I immediately text her teacher back and told her it looks like she was hit as well she assured me it’s was a a scratch I then text the director ms Carmen and voiced my concern song with two pictures but she didn’t reply back …May 23,2022 I walked in on one of her teachers yelling at her saying “I’m sick of your shoes coming untied and yelling “be still” I took my child to the car d addressed the teacher about how she was talking to my child di now my child is no longer able to go there I will be calling the necessary people regarding this situation asap
My child went there for an eternity.So, I thought me and the day-care had formed a sense of togetherness. The countless times I've supported them outside of the weekly payments that we're never late on. My son toy was taken by another kid. My CHILD has been afraid to mention it (bullied),so he's making all type of crazy lies..so my wife asked the kids had they seen it. She later gets a call saying she couldn't say anything to the kids. So two weeks past nothing about toy. So when he finally tell me what happened and who had it, I called the school and stated who had it. The same day in after care teacher said she had to write my child up for saying she talk too much,this is what she was told by the boy who was questioned about the toy and another boy.NOT WHAT SHE HEARD. My CHILD has went there for years and never been wrote up and I know he could have way before.THIS IS TOTAL RETALIATION. I DONT AGREE WITH THE TREATMENT OF MY CHILD AND HOW THEY HANDLED THINGS AFTER SUCH A LONG RELATIONSHIP.Ms.carmen and Ms Donna. So he's moving on, we rather pay double.NO THANK YOU!
Horrible dirty school. They hit your child then say they can't attend to cover their tracks. I have heard bad things about the center but due to pre k being limited, we enrolled her. Horrible mistake. The staff for before care are very rude. The smell of urine fills your nose when you walk into the pre k building. My 4 year old told me that they pinched her and her friends if they didn't sit still or if they talked. When I informed the director of the center I promptly received a letter saying she could not attend there any more. When I asked where did she get that from then I was told she was a lair( my child). Do not send your child to this school. I had one complaint about if my child was being hit and they got very angry which to me seems like they have something to hide. DON'T SEND YOUR CHILD TO THIS SCHOOL.
The facility is okay, but the staff is a huge disappointment. I encourage everyone to stay away from this place. The breakfast, lunch and snacks are full of sugar. Breakfast Poptart and red fruit juice, lunch Beanie Weanies, red fruit juice, fruit and mixed canned veggies, snack consist of a honeybun and apple juice. Staff does not care or address concerns. Mrs. Carmen is a loud, disrespectful and ghetto director with no tact. The staff is uneducated and their appearance is horrible to say the least (red hair, a peacocks feathers for eyelashes). Troubled and problem students are given too much slack with hitting other students repeatedly. This place is disgusting!!! Oh, did I mention their student/teacher ratio does not meet state standards. Some of the teachers I have personally identifiable and observed this problem, but they wonder why the only observe half of a incident if they see any of it.
DONT NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY or subject your babies to misfit childcare scumbags!!!
