I have used this provider for more than 6 months

This location was shut down early-bird may.... I was not contacted by the owner or administrator about services no longer being provided. I have paid for a full month and roughly got 2 weeks of coverage. The person I'm in contact with Ms.Ward is giving me the run around about a refund. I want my refund for the 2 existing weeks and my 150$ deposit. This is actually the second location to get shut down and im sick of the inconsistencies and lack of professionalism.
