This daycare was GREAT until the new owners took over. Since the takeover, they haven't improved anything. They've frequently allowed abuse, neglect, and physical altercations between children to go unreported.
They've fired or let go the only teachers who cared about the children's well-being, in favor of hiring the cheapest people they could pay.
The owner is never there, as she has a full-time job as a teacher in Polk County, and basically ignores the goings-on at the daycare until a careless decision needs to be made.
Her husband is frequently there, but he is large, aggressive, and verbally abusive to employees and parents alike.
Avoid at all costs. This place will ruin your child's life.
