I have used this provider for less than 6 months
The provider has previously closed and reopened the business multiple times leaving parents to scramble to find child care. The provider will use all the contracted paid days off without a two week notice ahead of time. They will not refund your money if you pay in advance. The provider will exercise the right to drop your child if they do not conform exactly to the schedule or if they want to make room for a different child. This review is for the working parent that needs someone that is completely reliable, so I do not recommend imagination station for anyone.
