I have used this provider for more than 6 months

The Hop does not properly train staff on how to care for children. Everyone I know that has had their child go her has reported that children in diapers are left in their soiled diapers too long. They have dealt with several diaper rashes in regards to this and soiled clothing. The Hop also does not sanitize or clean up in a timely manner. They have put a bottle fed baby in a table top bouncer cover in dry crusted food, obviously not caused by the baby that can’t eat food. There have been reports of several occasions of children being forcefully picked up and sat down while the caregiver YELLS at them! If you care about your child like any parent should, DONT SEND THEM HERE!

The is the worse daycare facility in West Michigan, the owner Julie is very dishonest she will lie through her teeth, the staff is uncaring, shows no affection towards the kids only negativity. I would never recommend the hop to anyone

I worked here for awhile and I did not like it all. I had come from another center and it was like culture shock. I wanted to quit, but I stayed because I love working with children. I would never send my future children here.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

The owners are terrible people who treat the children very very poorly. The "preschool teacher" spends more time on her phone than actually teaching. They are really mean to kids who do things more slowly than others, and the food portions are entirely too small. They do not care about the feeding schedules parents request for their infants, and they do not help with the potty training process at all if it is not convenient for them. All they care about is money, and all your child will be is a paycheck.
