Director comes off super nice at the beginning but soon realize she’s there for the money and doesn’t care about the parents, children, or her staff. Does not properly train her staff. She doesn’t inform parents when incidents arise. I do not recommend taking your child there. Says there’s a curriculum but no teacher that has the education to do so. My child struggled catching up to where he/she needed to be due to not having the education the director promised.
I do not recommend Little Dreamers Daycare LLC at 1906 mills ave north Muskegon Where should I start first if you try working there they treat you nice and sweet and kind and they act like they want to hear about your life and your family and the stuff you’ve been through in your past but then after you’re there for a while they start not caring about you. They start they’ll say they care about you then you turn around and they don’t care about you if you bring something to The directors attention they do nothing about it will yank kids off staircases staff will leave kids unattended in rooms. Well they are behind closed doors. Staff will let children run out the door with out a staff being right there which can cause a kid to get hit by a car. and they don’t care rather their staff are sick or not. They still make them come in and then when you turn around and you have enough and you decide that you want quit they try keeping your stuff and your child stuff and then when you owe them money and you wanna pay them they hang up the phone on you. They block you on everything so you can’t even try to pay them, what is their nice about the place nothing. Jennifer only cares about money not the children or staff at all. Please don’t send your kids there at all.
Awful management. They do not care about making the parents happy! Says they have a preschool curriculum but no teacher to teach it! Do not recommend.
