I have toured this provider's facility, but have not used its services

Worst daycare ever, the "teacher"/owner can't even read or write. She is overly aggressive with the children. The daycare is filthy and has a layer of dirt on everything. She only speaks Spanish and tells at the children when they aren't understanding her. She also once gave a 3month old several cookies dipped in her coffee. She is rude and talks bad about the parents on the phone in front of the children.
