The Jones Family Daycare Home

If I could actually rate put a negative rating that’s what this so called daycare center should receive. I am an honest hard working black woman who needed child care for my son a few years ago and I inquired about their daycare center through the ELC of Jacksonville Florida and based on their rating from
The Guiding stars program I believed they would be a great fit but boy was I wrong. I think that rating system is completely unregulated because this daycare is the absolute WORST. My son actually only attended a few days and that was too many. One day after work I arrived to pick up my son they had not told me they had taken him to a store of some kind leaving me completely frantic and about to call the cops when they finally arrived back to their home with my some they decided to engage in an altercation with me in front of my son. I truly wish I would have called the cops but please be warned they are not who they seem wolves in sheep’s clothing????

I am a good provider most people do not like to make their payments and cannot have their way and that's why they get on here writing, false comments

My daughter didn't even get a chance to start, the night before she was going to start we just wanted to remind them she would be going the next day, and we also wanted to ask why they were not verified on the DCF website to transport children. Mrs. Jones then tells my husband they have been calling to have that fixed and everything was explained and good to go. Not even a minute later she calls him back and says they are going to keep everything the way it is on the website and that we should come and get our money. Not professional at all and I hate to throw a race card in there but I bragged about her to my neighbor who also needed childcare, her daughter started way before mine and only lasted 2 days. They claimed that a 3 year old was racist but I'm really starting to believe it's the other way around. I will also be reporting them to DCF as far as them not legally being allowed to transport children to school .????

The Jones family are great people. My child started there as a baby and still here . she is learning and she is a happy kids. keep up the good j0b.

My kids went to this daycare and their learning skills was above their class when they started school it's so sad to make up things on people because you are mad as a mother and father it starts at home so if someone really did something to your child that you suppose to love you will have reported it but I thank the jones family, keep the good work up job well done.And dcf comes out to every day you never no when they coming and that good because if something was wrong at any daycare they would'nt be open all long as she have been
