I have toured this provider's facility, but have not used its services

I have known Yume for about 18 years. We worked together doing child care for 6 years at another facility, I have seen her own home day care facility many times, and she has occasionally cared for my children. I have observed her working with children for many years in many situations and she has always been a caring, cautious, responsible provider, her facility is always clean, and she is attentive to children's individual needs. I turned to her for guidance when my family decided to start our own home day care, as I know that she is experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated to providing excellent care.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

She is wonderful! We could not be happier with the care she gives our child. Our child LOVES her so much! On weekends and holidays when our child is not with her, all our child does is ask about her and counts down the minutes until they go back to daycare. She is so much more than just a daycare provider and I am beyond thrilled to have found her.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I recommend this child provider! She has been with kids 20 yrs +. She loves kids more then anyone you will ever meet! I was recommended this provider from a close friend and I don’t regret it a bit! It gives me a state of mind that my child is safe, happy and cared for when I am at work. She is so comfortable to talk to and really cares about children! She always puts the safety of children first at all times. If I could put more then 5 stars, I would! Happy Parent!

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

HORRIBLE provider! She does not take care of the kids at all and is not clean. Would not recommend.

Owner response : I am sorry that you were not happy with the care that I provided for your children. If you were not happy with the care that I provided for your children that I cared for over 6 months, you should of made a complaint to me directly about the issue while your child was in my care so, I can help resolve the issue. When your child is my responsibility, I assure you that my 20+ years of experience with children with different races, disabilities and uniqueness is my number 1 priority at all time. If you were not happy with the care that I provided for your children in my home that I also live in, why stay at my home daycare for so long. I assure you that my home is safe, clean and a great learning habitat for children at all time. I work with children at home and outside and the last thing I would want is to have unhappy children.
