I have used this provider for less than 6 months

This lady talked a big game until it really came down for caring for the children and respecting the parents even with disagreements. My child was exposed to Covid due to her lack of communication and greed. I called her to find out that she was sick. My child was there a whole week with an assistant while she was in her own house quarantined with her grandson and husband. She continued to collect pay for that week and the week she closed after I had to call her myself. She was not upfront about her traveling back and forth to her restaurant in Atlanta in a pandemic. I had to put pieces together to find this out. Constantly not being seen and getting told she was out of town. This lady does not care about the children at all. As a daycare provider you know what’s right and wrong when it comes to sickness especially in a pandemic. Thank god my family didn’t get Covid due to her negligence. She should not have a daycare!

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

This provider does not give parents any notice before closing. She makes random decisions about her hours that affects parents’ work schedule. She communicates through text messages only. There is no consideration for parents loss pay but she wants her full pay despite short notice closings. Can not be trusted, you will definitely need a back up sitter or center.
