Findings: The LS attempted to conduct a complaint inspection on November 5th 2021 and the LS was allowed entry into the home but was nt allowed to conduct the inspection. The provider asked the LS to leave because her Sabbath was beginning in one hour and she needed to prepare. While in the home, the LS observed food that appeared to be crackers crunched up on the mat in the child care area. There was an open Ziploc bag of pretzels on the floor as well as a cup of cereal with milk on the table. All usable area of floor space was filled with clutter to include toys and food. | |||
