We have had issues with the facility. My family has been subjected to some bad situations with my granddaughter as a student and my daughter as a employee. My Granddaughter wasn't being fed, she was allowed to crawl across the floor in the front lobby she was placed in a class room that was not comfortable for the Granddaughter (bigger/older kids), keeping my daughter away from our Granddaughter. Pulling and snatching on students. I spoke with the director who told the story completely differently from what my wife and daughter described.. Due to the contradictory stories I need to know how to get some type of investigation completed?

I am writing this review to express my displeasure for closing every time of inclement weather the staff is been great always has been great but I do not appreciate every time the weather gets badd the doors close your competitors all over town stay open no matter what but you guys close every time the weather is badd I feel that is not fair to have to paid more than one person to watch my kid when I am paying you to do that we are all adults we can all drive-in a little bit of snow or ice most of the time there isn't even any to drive-in but I feel it is not fair to keep closing the doors
